– Working with you
We have a collaborative approach to our client relationships. Understanding your business, how it works and what it aims to achieve in the short and longer term is the first step. By anticipating new opportunities and focusing on your objectives, we can work with you every step of the way to identify and solve business issues in order to deliver the desired outcome.
Fitbyte – Breaking technology barriers
Projects are often driven by business owners and managers who know what they want but don’t know how to achieve it. Fitbyte can bridge the gap between managers and IT staff, translating business objectives into an achievable technology brief.
– Building relationships
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We therefore commit to being honest, ethical and transparent in everything we do in order to earn your trust and build a long-term relationship with you. We will never have an allegiance to a particular software supplier so that our impartiality is guaranteed.
– Wherever you are
We are based in the heart of the City and a number of our clients are London-based. However we also work with companies all around the UK and abroad.
Sean began his career in Retail Management, working for three companies during phases of rapid expansion and development. Sean was involved in locating additional sites and preparing new outlets for opening. He then worked as a freelance Retail Consultant, assisting retail chains to achieve their development objectives.
In 1997 Sean started his first IT company, S-net Consultancy. The business successfully assisted companies to navigate the relatively complex minefield of computer systems and to avoid making expensive mistakes by selecting appropriate solutions. Sean sold the business in 2000.
For a year, Sean worked with an IT training company, facilitating their expansion from two training rooms to eight which trebled the size of the business. He located a satellite site in Manchester, negotiated the lease, designed the systems and began the process of hiring staff.
At that point, in 2001, Sean established Fitbyte. His aim was to continue assisting businesses to achieve their full potential by identifying their needs and helping them to make the right decisions about their IT systems.
“IT systems should support and empower the business, releasing it to focus on its core activities. I take the client from the problem all the way through to the solution, from consultancy through project management to delivery. It is truly an end to end service.”
Ben also started his working life in retail management, before progressing to the role of IT Support Engineer in 2005. He provided a full range of IT support and network administration to a variety of small, local businesses. In 2009 he worked for a company that developed handheld GPS devices, providing technical support and fault investigation services.
In 2011, Ben joined Fitbyte as a Technical Consultant. His role is to find the correct technical solution to an identified problem, considering future as well as current needs of the client. He has extensive knowledge of the market place and maintains a position at the forefront of technology so that he can deliver the best solutions for clients. He builds excellent working relationships with businesses, understanding their needs and taking them through the journey towards establishing and implementing effective solutions.
