Our Consultants

  • Sean Ferries

  • Sean Ferries

Sean began his career in Retail Management, working for three companies during phases of rapid expansion and development. Sean was involved in locating additional sites and preparing new outlets for opening. He then worked as a freelance Retail Consultant, assisting retail chains to achieve their development objectives.

In 1997 Sean started his first IT company, S-net Consultancy. The business successfully assisted companies to navigate the relatively complex minefield of computer systems and to avoid making expensive mistakes by selecting appropriate solutions. Sean sold the business in 2000.

For a year, Sean worked with an IT training company, facilitating their expansion from two training rooms to eight which trebled the size of the business. He located a satellite site in Manchester, negotiated the lease, designed the systems and began the process of hiring staff.

At that point, in 2001, Sean established Fitbyte. His aim was to continue assisting businesses to achieve their full potential by identifying their needs and helping them to make the right decisions about their IT systems.

  • “IT systems should support and empower the business, releasing it to focus on its core activities. I take the client from the problem all the way through to the solution, from consultancy through project management to delivery. It is truly an end to end service.”
