- Unlimited remote support by telephone, email or dial-in
- Monitor server remotely on a daily basis comprising the following
- Confirm back up was successful
- Confirm anti-virus definitions were updated
- Confirm security updates were successful
- Monitor disk use and capacity
- Monitor event logs
Business Continuity Management
When IT issues occur you need a reliable, dedicated team to get you back-up and running without delay. Here at Fitbyte we have a team of experienced technicians available to visit your premises and deal with IT issues quickly and efficiently. In the event of a system failure or any unexpected IT orientated problem, simply call your allocated support manager to report the problem and a specific timeframe will be provided.
