Sean Ferries, Managing Director
Sean started Fitbyte to create an IT company that could offer the same level of service and products to small companies that had been enjoyed by larger companies; with an aim of creating long-term relationships where constant support and help is offered to clients. The ethos of one size does not fit all is at the heart of Fitbyte, Sean treats every client as an individual with their exact needs being taken into account. Over the last 9 years Sean has grown Fitbyte into a company that can now offer a full outsourcing of a companies IT requirements, and whilst not only growing in size of offering but a constant striving for greater quality. Our first client is still with us and Sean wants this to apply to every client taken on board.
Sheryl Naidu, Business Development Director
Sheryl joined Fitbyte in 2009 to continue to build long-term partnerships that Fitbyte establishes with clients and help to expand the company allowing more businesses to benefit from the services provided by Fitbyte.
A CIMA passed finalist with broad industry experience in areas such as Retail, Travel, Hospitality, Accountancy, and New Technology.
With a high regard for customer service and drive for continuous improvement, Sheryl’s attention to communication seeks to ensure advice and services provided by Fitbyte are clear with limited use of technical jargon, whilst being informative and sharing the technical knowledge and experience Fitbyte has to offer.
Keith Austin, Technical Consultant
Keith has been with Fitbyte for 4 years now and is responsible for looking after a large number of clients, ranging from a chain of Michelin starred restaurants, private members clubs and venture capital companies. Being highly experienced with a vast knowledge base of Microsoft Windows Server, MS Exchange, Citrix and Blackberry set ups to mention just a few. Keith along with another colleague was part of a 6-month project for a global insurance company.
Stuart Parker, Senior Network Analyst
Stuart is responsible for looking after a number of clients such as a Commodities Security Company, Accountancy firms and Technology Start Ups, and is highly skilled and experienced in Citrix, Microsoft Windows Server and MS Exchange. Stuart has been with Fitbyte for 4 years and also worked on the 6 month project with Keith.
Charlotte Prescott, Office Manager
Charlotte joined the Fitbyte team in 2008 as the Office Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of the office, scheduling of projects, service calls and technical staff. Charlotte brings over two years knowledge of the I.T. industry having previously worked for an I.T. company in South Africa.
